Terms & Conditions

A session with Cherish Me Photography can only be secured by paying a non-refundable deposit of £25.00.

• Slots can be held for 24hrs to allow you time to pay the deposit, after this time the slot will be opened back up and made available to other clients to book.
• Slots can not be held for Christmas Mini sessions due to limited availability, any mini session are booked on a first come first serve basis.
• Your £25.00 deposit will be deducted from your session fee with the remaining balance due before or on the day of your session.
• Session fees are as follows, Newborn session £75.00, Portrait session £50.00, Cake Smash £95.00.
• Your session fee covers your time in the studio, prints and digitals are purchased separately, after your session I have a minimum spend of £99, I have three packages to choose from, £99, £199 or £299, details of what’s included in each package can be found on my website.
• Failure to attend your appointment without letting me know will result in a new deposit being taken for any future bookings.
• I understand at times children can become unwell, please do not attend the studio if anyone becomes unwell with a high temperature, any symptoms of Covid-19, sickness or diarrhea, cough, chicken pox, hand foot and mouth or any of contagious symptoms, please contact me asap and we can rearrange your session.
• In the event of myself or one of my family members being unwell, I will contact you with as much warning as possible to rearrange.
• Between 2-4 weeks after your session you will receive an online watermarked gallery to view your images, do not copy or screenshot these images, copyright remains with Cherish Me Photography.
• Your gallery will remain online for 7 days to allow you time to choose which package you’d like to purchase, after this time your gallery with be deactivated, images will still be stored on my computer safely but if you need to reactivate your gallery after the 7 days a £10 fee will be charged.
• Once you’ve purchased your chosen package, all of your images will be stored on my files for at least one year, please back up all of your images to keep them safe.
• Any galleries not purchased will not be kept and will be deleted after 12 weeks.
• For cake smash clients, please make me aware of any allergies at the time of your booking.
• During your time in the studio, please do not take photos or videos using your mobile phone or personal camera.
• I've recently had to change my payment structure, previously I didn't take payment for any package until your online gallery of proofs have been viewed, but unfortunately it's come to my attention that some of my work has been screenshotted without payment, it's for this reason that I will now be taking payment for the minimum package on the day of your photoshoot, upgrades to package two and three are of course available once you've viewed your gallery, example of price breakdown at bottom of this page.

Session fee is £75.00, £25 of which is paid as a deposit at the time of booking and the remaining £50 paid on the day of your photoshoot.

Because I now have a minimum spend of £99 (Package one) this is also now due on the day of your session.

So £25 paid at time of booking and £149.00 (£50+£99) on the day
